Open to new opportunities

I keep small businesses online, and build the infrastructure behind them.

I'm Andy, an IT Technician at a managed service provider supporting 23 client businesses. Off the clock I run a Proxmox homelab and build web apps for family businesses.

[ About ]

Two years on the help desk taught me that reliable beats clever.

At Revive IT I'm one of five people supporting 23 businesses under managed service agreements. That means user tickets in the morning, a network issue after lunch, and a Microsoft 365 migration by the end of the week.

I earned my AAS from Kansas City Kansas Community College in 2025 and I'm working toward CompTIA A+. Most of what I know about networking, though, came from breaking and rebuilding my own lab.

When family needed a website or a scheduling system, I built it, hosted it, and still maintain it. I like owning a problem from the cable to the DNS record.

Quick answers for recruiters

Don't see your question? Send me a note below.

What kind of role are you looking for?

Systems or network administration, or a senior support role with a path into infrastructure. I want to spend more of my week on servers and networks than on password resets.

Where are you located? Are you open to remote work?

I'm in northeastern Kansas, about an hour from Kansas City. I'm open to on-site work in the KC area, hybrid, or remote.

What's your MSP experience like?

I support 23 small and mid-size businesses on a five-person team, so I handle everything from desktop support to network changes and Microsoft 365 administration.

When could you start?

Typically two weeks after an offer, so I can hand off my current clients properly.
